Fees & Appointments

Initial Appointment with ADHD assessment include electronic questionnaires (e.g., for teachers, for parents), an in-person observational assessment and developmental history, strategy plan, include a detailed letter sent to your GP with details of a treatment plan, a letter sent to you and a private prescription if needed.

Follow-up appointments include a letter sent to your GP, a letter sent to you and a private prescription if needed plus shared care document for your GP to continue prescribing medication if needed.

Medication Review required 6-8 weeks after commencing on a medication video call with parents to discuss the progress of child whilst on medication.

Annual Appointment includes a letter sent to your GP, a letter sent to you and a private prescription if needed and a shared care document to your GP for the continuation of medication if needed.

ADHD assessments include electronic questionnaires (e.g., for teachers, for parents), an in-person observational assessment followed by an in-person multidisciplinary structured ADOS assessment carried out at your home by our Speech and Language therapist a detailed letter sent to your GP with details of a treatment plan, a letter sent to you and a private prescription if needed. After ADOS assessment a follow-up appointment either in person or by video call.

Transfer of Care appointment  include a letter sent to your GP, a letter sent to you and a private prescription if needed plus shared care document for your GP to continue prescribing medication if needed.

Sleep disorder/issues include electronic self-referral form, in-person assessment,  a letter sent to your GP, a letter sent to you and a private prescription if needed.
